The International Study Centre experience

At the International Study Centre, international students receive dedicated support to develop English language and academic skills. Mohammed is one of our students who successfully completed his programme. Mohammed travelled from Saudi Arabia to study the International Foundation Year in Business, Law and Social Studies at the International Study Centre before progressing to a bachelor's degree at the University of Huddersfield and graduated with Information and Communication Technology BSc(Hons) in June 2017.

He said of his experience, "I would like to thank the teachers for supporting me at the start of my foundation year. I was struggling a little bit with the research skills, as it was my biggest weakness for me at that time, but then I progressed further with their help and support. And without them I couldn’t be where I am today."

Mohammed’s story highlights the supportive environment that the International Study Centre is proud to provide to international students entering a new world of higher education and fresh experiences experiences and studying.
